Summer is not too far away now, which means we can wave goodbye to the Baltic weather once and for all and start getting ready to crack open the cans of beer, slap on the suncream, lather yourself in glitter and prepare to let loose and show off your moves at a festival.
Last year saw the festivals return completely back to normal after a very trying couple of years, and this year looks to be no different. And we’ve woken up to some pretty good news today, with 80 – yep 80! – more acts added to the bill of Leeds Festival 2023.
Arlo Parks, Easy Life, Rina Sawayama, Yard Act, Sleep Act, Tems, NOISY, High Vis, Jaguar, Holly Humberstone, Mimi Webb and more have just been announced today, joining the likes of Sam Fender, The Killers, Lewis Capaldi, Foals and Imagine Dragons as headliners. You’ve also got woman of the moment Billie Eilish playing here on the Friday – who will become the youngest solo artist to ever top the bill.
It promises to be a real good’un this year, with other acts on the bill including Loyle Carner, Tom Odell and Becky Hill, as well as an array of emerging artists such as English Teacher, The Last Dinner Party and Ethel Cain.
Weekend tickets, day tickets and instalment plans are all on sale now for Leeds Festival – which runs from August 25 to August 27 – so don’t miss out! You can get a hold of them here.
